Cobrança indevida de taxa de remarcação devido a erro no aplicativo da Aegean

Good morning from Brazil! My name is ***** (Aegean number: *****).
I want to file a complaint, based on facts and data.
On December 26, 2025, I bought a ticket from Istanbul to Athens (flight ***** from 10:40 AM to 12:10 PM).
During the ticket purchase process via the Aegean app, an error occurred. When I continued the purchase process and made the payment via Visa credit card, it changed to a flight from 8:50 PM to 10:20 PM.

I noticed the "Aegean app error" about 1.5 hours later, and when I tried to "reschedule" to the original flight from 10:40 AM to 12:10 PM, I had to pay a rescheduling fee of 120.
Note: I would never make this mistake of buying a ticket, as I have a professional commitment in Athens at 7 pm.
I consider it fair and honest on the part of Aegean (a reputable and serious airline) that I receive a full refund of my 120.
