PESSIMA EXPERIENCIA COM A AEGEAN AIRLINES - DESONESTIDADE PURA!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE while making a reservation with this airline!
On april *****th I made an online reservation for a ***** PM flight with Aegean Airlines from Athens to Santorini.
After the payment was done, I received a confirmation for a MORNING FLIGHT at *****:*****, instead!
Surprised, I tried for hours to contact the airline by phone (no answer) by social media (virtual attendent) that was simply useless!
The stress extended until the next day when I call a number in the USA ( costing me a fortune!) and was told that to schedule the flight to the evening I was to pay a US$***** fee per ticket!!!
The original ticket cost US$*****! How come the price for rescheduling cost more that the ticket itself?Rubish! DISHONEST!
I explain that this was not my mistake as I was very careful on the booking procedure but it didnt help.The attendent simply couldnt care less!
I ended up canceling my reservation and getting a ***** Euros refund!! yes, I pais ***** euros and got a ***** euros refund!!!
Not bad, Aegean Airlines, a great way of making money on your customers expenses without granting absolutely nothing!!! CROOKS!
In Brazil, where I live, there is a 24 hour gap to cancel any purchase done via internet or even make any changes FREE OF CHARGE.
I do not know how it works in Greece but I think it would have rules as well and what I experienced with Aegean Airlines was simply propostreous and dishonest and I will certainly never trust them again nor reccomend their services to anyone I know as it was proven to me that this airline is not reliable and DISHONEST!
NEVER TRUST THIS ARLINE !!
