I tried a lot to pay my extra luggage at app but i didnt can because a problem in the app to pay it. So , when I arrive at airport in bali i show my reservation but they dont care about their problem on app and said me that i must pay for overweight. Even i show the app problem the boss had saying that cant help me. I very sad with the airasia. They have a problem ob their app an I should to pay ******* dolares for overweight. please, Fix your app and be more kind with your passengers.

Tentei incansavelmente pagar a nova bagagem mas foi impossível fazer pelos canais online. Cuidado! Comprem as baggagem extras com muita antecedência pq eu paguei 100x mais por excesso de peso pois nao consideram uma bagagem extra, mesmo eu tentando pagar com antecedência.
