Today for the fifth day in a row I have no access to the website;since you blocked my access,however ,I am requesting in this complaint that you have a little common sense and reestablish my connection because I contracted credits ,I paid I owe you nothing and I am not able to use the site,will I have to delete my profile but however I will demand a refund of the amount paid since I can no longer use the site. I sincerely hope that within 24 hours you will reestabilish my connection as I am a user who is using the site is services and paying for them I can no longer wait for measures to be taken so that my connection can be reestablished as a matter of urgency: Augusto
