NÃO FAÇAM NEGÓCIO COM ESSA EMPRESA!

Cancelei a renovação automática da Anydesk e agora fico recebendo e-mails e cartas de uma empresa da alemanha chamada Debtist, dizendo que estou devendo um valor, o qual não foi contratado. Conforme o e-mail abaixo.

our efforts to date to find a solution acceptable to both sides have not been successful.

The only option left to us is to recommend legal action, which may involve further costs for you of at least 377,09 R$. Please note that in the event of contentious proceedings, you will be required to appear in GERMANY

1. Unable to pay:
The judicial dunning procedure is a standardised procedure that enables a creditor to obtain an enforceable title in the quickest and most cost-effective way. If you are willing to pay but are currently unable to pay and no instalment plan is an option, we advise you not to respond to the notices from the court that will arrive shortly with an objection or appeal. This would result in the case having to be heard in court.

2. Unwilling to pay:
Are there still reasons against a payment that we don't know about? Then now would be the right time to discuss these points with us. Time is of the essence, so we would ask you to explain these reasons to us in writing within the next 3 days. An e-mail is sufficient.
Failure to respond may be taken into account when deciding whether to escalate the matter further.
