This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences Ive ever had.
Theyre asking me to send a screenshot of my CPF status from the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service just to verify my tax ID number. Thats completely absurd and unnecessary.
To make matters worse, the website doesnt even provide an option to cancel the purchase or track the order. Customer support is practically nonexistentevery message in the chat is answered by an automated bot, with no way to speak to a real person.
The entire process is frustrating, lacks transparency, and makes customers feel helpless.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
