Avis não realizou estorno de caução de aluguel de veículo

Realizei a locação de um veículo pela Avis em Miami no dia 01/05/2027.
Até o momento não recebi o estorno do calção.
Fiz contato com o custserv no dia 18 de maio e me informaram que o deposito foi feito no dia 04/05 e pediram pra eu contatar meu banco. Fiz contato com o banco e eles informaram que não houve nenhum depósito. Pedi para que a AVIS me enviasse o comprovante de depósito e fui completamente ignorado.
Como podemos resolver isso sem maiores problemas?

I rented a vehicle from Avis in Miami on May 1, 2027.
To date, I have not received the refund for the security deposit.
I contacted customer service on May 18; they informed me that the deposit had been processed on May 4 and told me to contact my bank. I contacted the bank, and they stated that no deposit had been received. I asked Avis to send me proof of the deposit, but I was completely ignored.
How can we resolve this without further issues?
