I won 10 free spins
I completed the requirements and everything went smoothly.
After fulfilling all the requirements, my balance was transferred to a real balance, which can be withdrawn.
I continued playing and got a good amount to withdraw.
I then requested the withdrawal, but now I received an email informing me that I did not meet the requirement and my account was completely reset.
I lost all the winnings, they dont return the value to the wallet, they simply remove everything. Thats not right.
Honestly, Im disappointed with the platform.
