We contacted you and explained the assessment report and checked if you meet the minimum requirements.
You were told that in order to receive the immigration programs you qualify for you will need to pay 399USD for an assessment report done by an RCIC agent.
You also received an email with the RCIC agent membership that confirms that he worked on your case.

You received the product and were told that there are additional fees for the immigration process (you will also need to pay fees to the Embassy if you do it through them or a different RCIC agent).
The immigration process is not free and we were very clear that you paid for an assessment report.
So please explain to us way you feel the need to make such a false claim as this.

Please check again your email, the assessment report states your full name as you wrote on the website -(Editado pelo ReclameAQUI).

The assessment report is 12 pages where you can see which immigration programs you qualify for.
You filled in the assessment questionnaire with your agent and received the product which is the results.

Please look at your assessment report since I am unable to past so you can see that your name is on it and it is based on your information.

GCKey account /CIC account is only done once you start the immigration process which you have not done. You did not want to continue therefor you do not have this account. In order to start an account we will need your IELTS results or WES.

Your reason for calling as a scam is in correct since we did not scam you. If you go to a different regulated agency or hire an RCIC agent you will need to pay.

Charging for a legit service does not make us scam.
