Hi, customer service.
I received a Cepall Powerlastic Resistance Band - Strong, as a gift a while back. I have used it on and off. The other day I went to use it again, and both bands snapped in the same place at the middle.
I expected a better Resistance from a brand I usually purchase. These bands should have a decent lifespan, from this good brand in the market.
Please advise.

They never got back to me.
Weak customer service.
I'm not a happy camper.
Apart from my negative experience with the customer service, I have never had an issue with other products of their brand
