On July 7, a charge of 99.99 was made to my card under the name eDreams. I did not make or authorize this purchase.

I was the victim of card [Editado pelo Reclame Aqui]/cloning. As soon as I noticed the transaction, I contacted my financial institution to block my card and start a dispute process.

I kindly request that eDreams investigate this transaction, provide the booking details associated with this charge, and cancel the transaction and issue a full refund, as I do not recognize or authorize this purchase.

I look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution.
