Contratei o plano Ultimate, o mais caro entre as opções oferecidas pela Envato, justamente porque ele informa oferecer gerações ilimitadas de IA para imagens e vídeos.

No entanto, ao tentar utilizar o recurso, o sistema apresenta uma mensagem dizendo que há muitas gerações na fila, mesmo eu não tendo realizado novas solicitações. O problema está impedindo completamente o uso das ferramentas de IA, tanto para geração de imagem quanto de vídeo.

Considero essa situação extremamente prejudicial, principalmente porque o plano é cobrado em dólar e possui um valor elevado. A contratação foi feita com base na promessa de uso ilimitado, mas, na prática, o serviço não está funcionando adequadamente.

Solicito uma resposta clara da Envato sobre o motivo dessa limitação, a validação do meu plano Ultimate e a correção imediata do sistema para que eu consiga utilizar os recursos contratados.

Caso o problema não seja resolvido rapidamente, terei que considerar a migração para outra plataforma de IA, pois estou pagando por um serviço premium que, neste momento, não está sendo entregue conforme anunciado.

I subscribed to the Ultimate Plan, the most expensive option offered by Envato, specifically because it states that it includes unlimited AI generations for images and videos.

However, when I try to use the feature, the system displays a message saying that there are too many generations in the queue, even though I have not submitted any new requests. This issue is completely preventing me from using the AI tools, both for image generation and video generation.

This situation is extremely frustrating, especially because the plan is charged in US dollars and has a high cost. I subscribed based on the promise of unlimited usage, but in practice, the service is not working properly.

I request a clear explanation from Envato regarding this limitation, confirmation that my Ultimate Plan is active and valid, and an immediate correction of the system so I can use the resources I paid for.

If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will have to consider switching to another AI platform, since I am paying for a premium service that is currently not being delivered as advertised.

I look forward to an urgent response and resolution.
