Hello , my name is ***** and i would like to make a complaint about a very uncomfortable situation during a trip to Italy with Europamundo. On 8th of July our guide , a woman named Chello , took us to some tourist spots on Rome but she left us there alone outside the Colosseum , we got lost trying to get back to the bus and were left behind , we ended up not visiting the Vatican as we had to get back to the Hotel via taxi , during another trip to Abadia the guide was extremely disrespectful with us Brazilians saying that like our motto we should have order because we are like an "Elephant's foot" causing mayhem wherever we go to , it was very xenophobic and she was very rude all around, she even argued with a Spanish couple and a Uruguayan tourist ,so i hope some kind of measures are taken because this was very frustrating.
