Aluguei nesta empresa dois carros, um para mim e um para meu sogro. Na hora da devolução foram devolvidos dois carros juntos. Impossível que um deles tenha sido devolvido depois. E querem nos cobrar a diária a mais de um dos carros por ter sido entregue depois do horário.
Quanto ao combustível entreguei conforme peguei, estava na metade o tanque de combustível, e estão querendo fazer a cobrança a mais até do combustível. Esta cobrança não é devida. Quanto ao pedágio foi nos cobrado antes, e foi informado que seria apenas este valor, e querem nos cobrar um valor adicional absurdo. Estou muito decepcionada com a empresa, totalmente anti profissionais.

I rented two cars from this company, one for me and one for my father-in-law. At the time of return, two cars were returned together. It is impossible that one of them was returned later. And they want to charge us extra for one of the cars because it was delivered after hours.
As for the fuel, I delivered it as I picked it up, the fuel tank was half full, and they are trying to charge more even for the fuel. This charge is not due. As for the toll, we were charged before, and we were informed that it would only be this amount, and they want to charge us an absurd additional amount. I am very disappointed with the company, totally unprofessional.

In response to your complaint, let's look at the facts:

You did have 2 reservations,
one for pick-up at 6pm and the other for 6:30pm, as provided for in your rental agreement signed at the time of contracting and duly checked by you. It is worth noting that each daily rental lasts 24 hours with a 1-hour grace period at the end of the contract.

Our system shows that the vehicle scheduled for pick-up at 6pm was returned at 7:30pm, 1 hour and 30 minutes after the scheduled return time, causing the charge of 1 extra day.

Regarding tolls, if you check your contract, it will be detailed that you only paid $25 for activating the transponder and the amounts spent will be paid after the vehicles are returned.

Finally, yes, both vehicles were returned with less fuel than what was delivered.

It's a shame that Reclame Aqui doesn't allow file sharing.

Therefore, we have ended this service, in which all charges are due as explained above.

Good afternoon. After speaking with you, some questions were answered, but I have not yet received a list of tolls. I want to see what the time charge is and also what each toll was. Once we receive this, we make the payment without any problems. But I actually want a list in my email of what each value is about.

The amounts are already specified in your rental agreement because the system updates the amounts at each toll you pass through, everything is interconnected, but if you are interested in paying, I do not understand the reason for your objection. I find it somewhat contradictory, I repeat, it is a shame that it is not possible to post photos and images here to prove the company's reliability.

Regarding paying the amount, you do not need to worry because it has already been paid, the company paid for you. It is free of charge!!!
