I am writing this email to express my dissatisfaction with the sale of tours at Hard Rock Punta Cana. I recently went to Punta Cana and when I arrived at the airport I was approached by a saleswoman who literally scammed me, stealing $******* from me with a tour that was completely different from what I had mentioned the whole time: Hoyo Azul. I did the shitty tour at the hotel to get my ticket for the tour, they tried to sell me a membership for almost 2 hours even though I said no, but I had to wait for this crap to end to receive the tickets. I want a solution and I don't want vouchers for anything, I want my fucking money back, since I couldn't speak to anyone responsible for your terrible hotel.
