Again: HW not accomplishing Money-Back Guaranteed Clause

Ver todas ReclamaçõesOn December ******* I received a Visa Denial from USCIS and according with the contract I signed with HW, they should refund me US$ 20.*******. After some negotiation with their Audit department, they sent me a payment schedule of ten payments of US$ 2.******* each, starting on August 20th *******, which I agreed. After a bunch of emails and a previous complain via this webpage, they paid US$ *******. At present time I have not received the rest of the payment, even though it has been 3 months after the first payment.
I keep on sending e-mails to their audit department (*******) and I keep on receiving a delaying message from them alleging that their finance department is taking care of my case.
Last email has not been answered yet.
This is really annoying that, having an agreed monthly payment I have to keep on writing them and getting the same kind of answer.
Previous claim was closed and resolved thinking that they would keep on paying as agreed but, after not having any answer from their side, I decided to open this new claim before going further to legal actions.
