Ver todas ReclamaçõesFiz uma reserva de locação de carro nesse site https://*******) sob número IT684612950 em 07/02/*******, pago integralmente nesta data, no valor acima.
A reserva foi cancelada e o site informou que o valor total pago foi transformado em voucher, que poderia ser utilizado a qualquer momento, sem data de expiração.
Ao tentar utilizar esse voucher, no início deste ano, o site simplesmente informa que o seu antigo dono "faliu" e que o novo dono não vai honrar com as dívidas do antigo dono.. isso mesmo, simples assim.

We understand your frustration and feel sorry that you have been impacted by the bankruptcy of the previous https://******* operator, caused by the Covid pandemic. As new business owners weve been taking full responsibility on any new bookings placed after 26 July ******* and try to be as accommodating as possible to impacted customers, but unfortunately we cannot take over any liabilities from before this date.

Vocês foram desonestos, porque informaram que o crédito estaria disponível para utilização a qualquer momento. Além disso, em nenhum momento fui informado sobre a situação da empresa.
Vou continuar fazendo propaganda negativa de vocês, diariamente, em todas as mídias deste país, para que vocês não tenham mais nenhum brasileiro como cliente de vocês.

As new business owners we are only responsible for the new bookings placed after 26 July *******. We are not able to take over the liabilities of the company before above mentioned date and therefore we will not be able to accept credit voucher given by the operator before 26th of July *******.

Once again, I will continue fighting and clarifying to the Brazilian people that you are not a reliable company.
If you dont care about my situation, at least Im sure Ill achieve my second objective, warn other people and make them not your customers.
