Comprei um produto pelo Site, porém não veio conforme como eu queria, solicitei a devolução do produto, pelo whatsapp, porém o colaborador Luiz me informou que não aceitam devolução, a não ser que o produto esteja com defeito. Todo produto comprado pela internet tem 7 dias para devolução em caso de desistência da compra, conforme o item 49 do código de defesa do consumidor . Tentei diversas vezes, mas não me respondem no whatsapp.
