Quer cancelar o plano? vai ficar querendo, pois vai ficar falando sozinho.
Estou tentando renderizar um vídeo a dois dias e a a ferramenta relata problema. Já foram mais de 5 tentativas, mesmo não há erro algum, pois assisti cada minuto do vídeo, mesmo eu enviando mensagem assumindo total responsabilidade do conteúdo do meu cliente, mas NECESSITO DO VÍDEO RENDERIZADO.. TRABALHO DE UM DIA QUE SE VCS NÃO CONSEGUIREM LIBERAR TERÁ SIDO JOGADO NO LIXO.

Não contratem pq nem cancelar vocês vão conseguir depois

We noticed your original project is over ******* layers and while Kapwing is constantly working on making the editing experience as smooth as possible, as a browser-based software, we recommend no more than 75 layers per project.
If you know your project will be long, we highly recommend editing in sections. For example, you can edit the video, export, then upload and in a second project add in the subtitles, or you can edit in 5-10 minute sections.

recommended doesnt mean that the tool doesnt do it, right... when hiring the service, is this informed by any chance? I do not remember. Could you show it to me?
