I purchased a subscription through the Luxy app and requested a refund within the 7-day period.

Since then, I have contacted customer support multiple times. I provided proof of payment, proof of cancellation through Google, and all the information requested by the company.

Despite my cooperation and repeated attempts to resolve the issue amicably, I have not received a concrete solution. Instead, I have repeatedly received the same response stating that the refund is exclusively Google's responsibility.

Following Luxy's instructions, I also contacted Google. However, even after informing Luxy of the actions I had taken, the company continued sending repetitive and generic responses without properly reviewing my case or offering any practical solution.

What concerns me most is not only the lack of a refund, but also the lack of consideration for the customer. After several emails, supporting documents, and detailed explanations, I expected an individual review of my situation rather than repeated responses that simply shift responsibility elsewhere.

I am filing this complaint because I believe I have exhausted all reasonable attempts to resolve the matter directly with the company. I respectfully request a genuine review of my case and a clear, definitive response regarding my refund request.

I look forward to a fair and final resolution.
