Noleggiare é uma companhia de padrão duvidoso que efetuou uma cobrança indevida no meu cartão de crédito no valor de ******* euros após entrega do veículo e sem que pudêssemos nos defender. Forma de trabalhar antiprofissional e antiética. Esperaram nós entregarmos o carro para efetuarema cobrança depois de já termos partido. A solidária https://******* é outra que trabalha arbitrariamente. Depois que fiz a reclamação, não houve qualquer tratamento de forma coerente. Eles emitem um PIN que simplesmente NÃO CHEGOU NO MEU EMAIL e isso bloqueia todo o sistema de comunicação com a empresa. É um cala boca. Um https://******* DESSA EMPRESA!!!!!!

Noleggiare est une entreprise douteuse qui a chargé ma carte de crédit de manière abusive pour ******* euros après la livraison du véhicule et nous ne pouvions pas nous défendre. Noleggiare ist ein zweifelhaftes Unternehmen, das meine Kreditkarte nach Auslieferung des Fahrzeugs zu Unrecht mit ******* Euro belastet hat und wir uns nicht verteidigen konnten. Unprofessionelle und unethische Arbeitsweise. Sie warteten darauf, dass wir das Auto gegen eine Gebühr abliefern, nachdem wir bereits abgereist waren. Solidarity https://******* ist eine andere, die willkürlich funktioniert. Nachdem ich die Beschwerde eingereicht hatte, gab es keine einheitliche Behandlung. Sie geben eine PIN aus, die einfach NICHT BEI MEINER E-MAIL ANGEKOMMEN ist und das gesamte Kommunikationssystem mit dem Unternehmen blockiert. Es ist eine Klappe. Ein Missbrauch. Thank you for contacting us.
We would kindly like to remind that the lessee, having signed and accepted the rental agreement and its terms and conditions, is totally responsible for the vehicle during all the rental period. Please see art. 6 and 7 T&C: The customer undertakes to drop-off the vehicle, together with its accessories and documents, free of things or personal belongings, in respect of the time and place indicated in the Rental Letter, in the same condition in which it was delivered, including cleaning, except the proportionate wear due to the rental duration and the mileage driven. At drop-off, the customer has the responsibility to check, together with the Lessor, the state of the vehicle, ensuring and signing any differences respect to what is stated in the rental letter at the time of delivery. If would not been verified jointly, the customer allows from this moment, the Lessor to charge him for any damages found on the vehicle even after delivery. The vehicle must be returned during the opening hours at the Agency, which has been picked up, or, at the request of the customer, at another agency of the same Lessor. In the case of delivery outside normal opening of the Agency, the rental is considered over soon after the agency re-opening as long as the vehicle has been effectively taken over by the Agency both for the purpose of determining the fare, that those the liability associated with the possession of the vehicle itself (to make an example and not exhaustive, in relation to fines, damages, theft and / or total or partial fire). Customer is responsible for any damage, theft or fire occurred at the vehicle, as well as fines and / or any other charges resulting from breaching the Traffic Laws or other laws or regulations, toll charges, the cost of parking and any other expense related to use of the Vehicle during the rental period, and is obliged to require the amounts eventually paid in advance, including legal fees, postal and administrative expenses necessary for the refund request. By now, the customer allows the Lessor also to charge the cost of management of any administrative procedure related to such requests. Moreover During check-out (vehicle exit for hire), all the damages already present on the vehicle will be listed in the appropriate Check-Out Form. Please check it carefully, making sure there are no errors and report any discrepancies to our operators before exit with the vehicle from the location. At the time of delivery (check-in) we will perform a new check on the vehicle and deliver you a Check-In Form, in which any new damage not caused by normal deterioration will be indicated.

Sir or madam,

As you can see, I am very disappointed by this indescribably unfair situation.
I made the reservation well in advance at Noleggiare, when we arrived there was no car requested, we had to pay ******* euros more to be able to put the bags in the car.
Improper collection is the consequence of an extremely badly canceled service, full of arbitrariness and difficulties with the customer. The attendants, the delay, the inefficiency, were evident from the first moment.
Nevertheless, we are dealing with the improper, arbitrary and absurd collection of EUR ******* for a company fantasy. I send attached photos of the car at the time of the pick up (almost two hours of waiting) and the drop off, which had to be done at 5am, as our flight to Rome departed at 6am.
First, there were no employees on site to verify and attest to the delivery of the car. Secondly, the car would be under the responsibility of parking, once the keys were handed over. We customers have no control over the situation. What if a malicious employee wanted to ruin the car for improper collection? We are talking about a situation where we do not have any interference, therefore, it is impossible to have to pay for the poor performance of the service. Added to this is the dismay of having to certify from the other side of the world that FOUR people delivered the car TOGETHER, in perfect condition.
We are aware that we have signed the term, and this claim is the only defense of Noleggiare that takes advantage of this term SIGNED IN GOOD FAITH, TO TAKE PROFIT FROM ITS CUSTOMERS.
