Essa reclamação possui mais de 3 anos e não está mais sendo contabilizada no índice da empresa
Ver todas ReclamaçõesComecei usar o app grátis e após um período passaram a realizar cobranças em dólar estou tentando realizar o cancelamento mas nem consigo o contato dos mesmos

Hello! We are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with canceling your subscription. Our app is subscription-based, meaning that the cost of a plan is charged upfront and is due to renew after it expires. You can cancel the subscription anytime within the application by tapping Settings - Advanced - Manage Subscription.
