False advertising

Question

My wife and I booked this hotel for a romantic get away in Rio through https://******* we selected this hotel specially because of the location and the hotel facilities. On the booking website, the first thing we saw was the pictures of the hotel, swimming pool, gym, etc. Although we had other cheaper hotel options we picked this one because all the facilities the hotel had to offer. Unfortunately to our surprise the whole top floor was under renovation. All these facilities we were hoping to enjoy were unavailable. When I spoke to the hotel staff, they informed me that that was a note on the booking website explaining the situation. Then I went through https://******* and found it, right at the bottom, under important information. I had to click into the link to review the information.
Our complain is that although they provided the information it wasnt very clear and readily available. They should not have had pictures of the swimming pool, gym , and everything else if they are not there anymore. Even under hotel facilities they should have stated that they were not available. Instead it gives the impression that those amendeties were available.
