Hello,

I am contacting you to formally request clarification regarding my FCSS_EFW_AD-7.6 exam, administered by Pearson VUE OnVUE on *****.

At the end of the exam, the result displayed on the screen was APPROVED. After the exam, the Pearson VUE status showed "Successfully Completed," leading me to believe that the exam had been successfully completed and submitted.

However, after waiting for the certification result and receiving no updates, I accessed the Pearson VUE portal and discovered on my own that the exam status had been changed to "Result Cancelled" 10 days after the exam was taken. I received no notification, warning, explanation, or communication about this decision. I was also not informed of any review, investigation, retention process, or possibility of appeal.

During the exam session, I received no warning from the proctor, the exam was completed normally, and no problems were reported to me at any time.

I would like to emphasize that this was my second attempt to take the exam. My first attempt was unsuccessful, and I immediately scheduled a new attempt. As expected, many of the topics and questions on the exam were familiar from my previous attempt, which significantly contributed to my performance and the positive result I obtained at the end of the exam.

I am extremely concerned about the lack of transparency surrounding this situation. I have already opened two support tickets with Fortinet regarding this matter and, to date, I have not received any meaningful response, clarification, or guidance.

This certification represents a significant personal and professional investment. I have dedicated considerable time, effort, and financial resources to preparing for and taking this exam.

There is no pertinent consideration or feedback that justifies or gives me a chance to know how to resolve my issue.
