Hello,

On June 28, I took the FCP_FAZ_AN-7.6 certification exam online through Pearson VUE.

At the end of the exam, I received a provisional "Pass" result. Afterwards, the exam history showed the status "Delivery Successful." However, today, July 6, I noticed that the status had been changed to "Result Voided" without any prior notification or explanation.

I would like to request a detailed explanation for this decision. The lack of any justification undermines the transparency and credibility of the examination process, especially considering that I fully complied with all the exam requirements and procedures.

I dedicated several months to preparing for this certification and invested significant time and money in training and study materials. It is extremely disappointing to have my exam invalidated without receiving any explanation.

I respectfully request that my case be reviewed and that I be provided with a formal explanation for the invalidation of my exam result, as well as information about the next steps available to resolve this matter.
