Upon collecting my 23 kg checked suitcase at Geneva Airport, I discovered it was severely damaged and unusable, as evidenced by the attached photos. The condition of the bag makes it impossible to use for my return journey to Brazil, and I currently have no alternative to transport my belongings.
Given the exceptionally high cost of luggage in Switzerland, I kindly request full reimbursement for the purchase of a new suitcase.
