Estou há 30 dias sem conseguir acessar a plataforma americana de música SUNO IA. Já enviei mais de dez e-mails ao suporte, mas não obtive qualquer resposta. Diante disso, solicitei o cancelamento do serviço até que o problema fosse resolvido. A única resposta recebida foi curiosa: informaram que havia uma falha relacionada ao acesso por número de celular, exatamente a situação que enfrento. No entanto, mesmo após essa explicação, nada foi solucionado até hoje. Continuo sem acesso, sem retorno adequado e sem perspectiva de resolução, o que gera grande frustração e insegurança quanto ao serviço contratado.
I have been unable to access the American music platform SUNO IA for 30 days. I have already sent more than ten emails to customer support but have not received any response. Because of this, I requested the cancellation of the service until the issue was resolved. The only reply I received was rather curious: they informed me that there was a problem related to access through a phone number, which is exactly my case. However, even after this explanation, nothing has been fixed to this day. I remain without access, without proper feedback, and without any prospect of resolution, which causes great frustration and insecurity regarding the service I subscribed to.
