I am disappointed. When I needed to make a withdrawal, the account was blocked and I need to send documents to unlock it. Its not okay to ask for documents if its a bank or government, this kind of website doesnt need it.

Even with the terms, the blocking is done with balance, this is dishonest, ask for the documents in the REGISTER, dont do it later.

NEVER SEND SENSITIVE DOCUMENTS AND DATA TO STRANGERS!
