On July 22nd, *******, the user subscribed to a monthly subscription plan on our platform.

As with many subscription services, each billing cycle the plan will auto-renew unless previously canceled. This is stated in our Terms of Service and FAQ.

The user reached out to us on November 22nd, *******, after noticing the corresponding monthly renewal fee on their account and requesting a refund for it.

On November 24th, *******, one of our agents explained the subscription nature of our services, indicating that the user never canceled their subscription plan, and this is why the plan renewed as it corresponded - as well as providing a solution for the user and offering to cancel their plan to avoid future renewals. Moreover, as a gesture of good faith on our end, our agent reached out to the user and offer to provide him with a full refund for his last charge, to which we got no reply.

Given that we did not receive a reply, on December 7th, our agent sent the user a follow-up message, to make sure that the user received our refund offer.

On December 9th, *******, the user replied to us and said that he would like to get a refund for his last 2 charges and to cancel his subscription.

On the same day, December 9th, *******, our agent reached out to the user and provided a full refund for his last 2 charges and terminated the users plan.

On December 10th, our agent sent the user a follow-up message to make sure that the user received his refund, to which we have not received a reply yet.
