Ver todas Reclamaçõesestou procurando uma logo e dominio para meu nome site, o site parece tudo em portugues, quando vai fazer a compra do dominio deu como invalido depois perdecebi que foi feito a cobranca e para piorar e em dolar, cedeu meu limite do cartao e quero cancelar esse comprar mais o site de contato deles e todo em ingues. muito complicado de mecher.

On November 17th, the user subscribed to our Domain + Privacy Bi-annual subscription plan.
On November 18th, the user reached out to us and asked us to cancel her Domain subscription plan and issue a refund for this purchase, since the charge was higher than she expected because it was in USD and not in Reals.
On the same day, one of our agents replied to the user, explaining that the prices that the user saw on our page are in US dollars and not in Reals. Moreover, as the terms of the subscription are stated in our Terms of Service, we do not issue full refunds, but as a gesture for the misunderstanding, our agent offered the user a full refund for this charge.
The user replied to us and asked us to proceed with the refund.
On the same day, November 18th, one of our agents reached out to the user providing a full refund for her purchase.
On November 20th, our agent sent a follow-up message to the user to make sure that the user received her refund, to which we have not received a reply yet.
