Comprei o aplicativo que dizia 9,90 por mes e 73,00 reais e caiu no meu cartao uma compra de *******,37 no meu cartao e eu nao quero mas esse aplicativo preciso que vcs estorne esse valor da minha fatura nao estou usando o aplicativo

On November 15th, the user subscribed to a Basic-monthly subscription on our platform. Through an on-site promotion, which explains the benefits of upgrading to a Standard-annual plan (better features and long-term savings), the user upgraded and paid the corresponding additional upgrade charge.

On November 17th, the user reached out to us, claiming this additional upgrade charge was not intended, and requested a refund for it.

On the same day, one of our agents replied to the user and explained the charge, indicating that it was an upgrade that the user had made and that, if it was unintentional, we would be more than happy to return the user to his original desired plan. Moreover, our agent explained to the user the benefits of having the annual plan. However, we have not received any reply yet.

Given that we did not receive a reply, on December 6th, our agent sent the user a follow-up message, to make sure that the user received our last email and to better understand whether the user wishes to keep his annual plan or to be switched back to his initial plan - to which we have not received a reply either.
