I made an exchange for an item with 8 days of blocking, however the blocking ended but the item cannot be sent to my inventory, this is the second time that errors have occurred on the site. I tried to make a purchase and it went wrong, the money came back and still blocked my card. sending a message for days to try to solve it but they dont solve it.
