Dear Support,

We have spoke 45 days ago with one of your attendants regarding an EMB ******* (AM/ETKT*******01 TO GOMES/ELAINE MRS AND STEFFEN/ERICH MR), the attendant told me that the (voucher valid for one year), would be in me email in 48 hours, but i didnt received.

Today I recall to AeroMexco and another attendant told me other information, that I have to request it by email to the customers support.

Therefore I would like to request the mentioned voucher.
