Good afternoon,

I would like to request a refund of the payment for obtaining connections.

Reason: a potential client forced me to register on the UpWork platform, using the email account: [User ID 10ede795], to close a deal. According to that platform's procedures, I could only send an offer if I had connections, so I invested an amount I didn't have (hoping to receive from this client) the email address of the supposed client registered on UpWork is [I won't type it here because it will be public].

As he didn't keep his promise, I was at a loss for the connections I paid for (detail, my currency is in reais, meaning this was expensive for me).

Please understand my case and proceed with my refund.
