I am sending this message on behalf of the company DIAS PRESOTTO DIGITAL LTDA

On 11/20, the company Vimeo was informed (see message attached) that the partner ***** (the person who made the purchase) was withdrawing from the purchase of Vimeo, a right that he had, according to art.49/CDC. This communication was also made via WhatsApp (number ***** - *****)

Vimeo responded on the same day that "I'm assigning your case to a senior member of our Trust Safety team who can better assist you with this inquiry and "You'll hear back from us again shortly".

Therefore, considering that the service was terminated within the legal term as provided by Brazilian law, the IMMEDIATE cancellation of the charge is required, under penalty of filing a lawsuit for compensation for material and moral damages.
