I have been trying to recover my account password for several days through multiple channels, without success.
The password recovery system does not send any reset email, even after repeated attempts, and I have also received no response to my support emails.
Please, manually check my account and send a valid password reset link.
I also trying to chatting the company by Instagram. And no response
