DISNEY DISAPPOINTMENT

Hello ,

My name is Mauricio Silva, and I would like to share a awful experience that I had in Disney Paris . I am not sure if you have any link with that Disney, but I believe to be necessary that you know what happened since Disney name is taking in consideration .

I saved money during years to be able to travel to Europe and at the same time visit Paris Disney to celebrate my daughter's birthday. When getting inside the park , I went to Disney staff asking about happy birthday's button (pin) to my daughter. However staff refused to give her one because her birthday date was more than 1 month ahead. We all know how hard is to buy flight tickets at the same date of your birthday since we look always for cheaper flights. However this year was special , she was turning 15 , and chose to travel with us instead doing a big party .

Me and My wife had an amazing image of Disney , we already had been at Disney Orlando and we were very welcome. However Disney Paris destroyed this image , and showed Disney Magic does not exist anymore.

My daughter had a sad starting experience with Disney, and today she does not believe at Disney soul as we did before.
