Hello,

My name is Enderson and I am writing to report an extremely serious issue involving my Call of Duty: Warzone account, linked to Activision and Blizzard Entertainment (Battle.net) services.

I have been trying to resolve this issue for days through official support, but so far I have not received a real solution, only automatic responses and redirections between the two companies.

I will explain in detail what happened.

I am a long-time Call of Duty player and have been using my account for quite some time. I normally play from Spain, where I currently live, and use my account linked to Battle.net and my Activision account to play Warzone.

At some point, an unknown person managed to access my Battle.net account without my authorization. This person did not completely steal my account, but managed to log into it for a few hours.

During this period, the intruder performed some actions within my account, including removing some linked information, such as phone number and some connections.

Most importantly, this person played Warzone matches using my Activision-linked account.

I don't know who this person is and I have never shared my account with anyone.

As soon as I realized something was wrong, I immediately took all possible security measures:
removed all devices connected to my account;
enabled two-factor authentication in the Battle.net app;
started requiring confirmation via the app on my cell phone for any new login;
reviewed all account security settings.

Additionally, I have clear proof of unauthorized access, including:
suspicious login alert emails;
account access notifications;
activity logs that I did not perform;
account security screenshots.

After all this, I was surprised with a permanent ban on my Warzone account.

I am sure that this ban occurred during the period when the intruder was using my account, as I have never used hacks, cheats, or any type of illegal software.

I am a legitimate player and have always played fairly.

Another very important point is that the access logs themselves can prove this. Simply check the IP address used at the time of the suspicious matches, as the intruder's access was not made from Spain, which is where I normally play from.

Therefore, there is a clear way to verify that:
there was unauthorized access to my account;
the suspicious activity occurred during this access;
the ban was applied while the account was compromised.

After I realized the problem, I contacted Activision support.

I explained the entire situation, sent screenshots, sent evidence, and reported in detail what had happened.

Activision support then instructed me to contact Battle.net support, as the invasion would have occurred through the Battle.net account.

I followed exactly all the instructions provided.

I contacted Battle.net support, explained the situation, sent information, and tried to get confirmation of unauthorized access.

However, Battle.net support responded saying that they do not have the necessary tools or database to investigate the reason for the ban within Warzone, as this is Activision's responsibility.

After that, I returned to Activision support with all the information.

Even so, my case was simply closed, with the message saying that I had already been helped, which is not true.

In practice, what is happening is that I am constantly being redirected between the two companies:
Activision tells me to talk to Battle.net;
Battle.net tells me to talk to Activision.

Meanwhile, my account remains unfairly banned.

Another extremely important point is that I invested real money in the game, buying content, items, and other things within my account.

Therefore, I am being financially harmed by something I did not do.

I did everything in my power:
contacted both supports;
followed all instructions provided;
sent evidence;
activated security measures;
removed unauthorized access.

Even so, no one properly analyzed my case.

According to Activision's own policies, ban cases related to unauthorized access or compromised accounts can be reviewed.

For this reason, I am asking for only one thing:

a fair manual review of my case, considering all evidence that my account was compromised.

I am not asking for any special treatment.

I am just asking them to correctly investigate the access logs, the IPs used, and the account history.

I have full confidence that, if this analysis is done correctly, it will be clear that I did not use cheats and that the problem occurred due to unauthorized access.

I am willing to provide any additional information needed.

Account details:

Activision ID:
CORONEL#4728508,

BattleTag:
Spectral#21273

Platform used:
Sony PlayStation 5

Country where I normally play from:
Spain

Thank you for your attention and I sincerely hope that my case will be analyzed with due seriousness.
