Problemas de acesso e suporte ao cliente com Call of Duty Warzone no Xbox

Worst site ever; support is garbage. Im Brazilian and having trouble playing COD Warzone. I bought a new Xbox, but when I tried to launch COD, I initially attempted to sign in with my old accountonly to remember Id lost access to it. Now, whenever I open COD on the Xbox, it goes straight to the "get code via email" screen, and I can't exit that page to register a new email. They refuse to change the email for me because I need to provide the COD Points balance, but how am I supposed to know that if I can't log in? I also asked them to unlink the lost account from my current Xbox, and they won't help with that either. Activision is terrible.
