I made a Boosteroid subscription and I am not able to use the service because it keeps crashing and freezing, making the experience unfeasible, I asked for the refund and they did not give me, and according to Article 49 of the Consumer Protection says that I am entitled to the refund within 7 days in case of regret, so I still have right and want my refund now or I will trigger Procon against this company.
