Perdão por fazer outra reclamação mas não consegui responder o post, aí criei outra pra informar meu gmail. Sou a pessoa que reclamou que debitou um valor de R$60,00 mesmo não usando o aplicativo. Meu gmail é ***** obrigada pela atenção e por terem respondido tão rápido.

I checked our system, and the email [email protected] is not associated with any Emergent account, so I'm unable to locate the R$60.00 payment from it. Could you share the exact email you used to log in and make the R$60.00 payment? Once I have that, I'll find the charge and help you get it sorted.
