Debitou o valor na minha conta bancária porém não vou usar o app. Eu queria só testar mas acabou que não precisei usar o aplicativo tem como estornar o valor de R$60,00 reais que foi cobrado? Não usei nenhum benefício da plataforma então tenho até 7 dias para cancelar a venda.

To locate your purchase and process the refund, could you please share the email ID you used to log in to the Emergent platform and make the payment?
Once we have that, we'll refund the amount against the credits remaining on your account.
