I was charged on my card but my order on the website was canceled and I didnt receive the keys

This is the fourth time Ive tried to make a purchase, it always gave me an error, but this time I was charged on my card and I didnt receive the product, the humble bundle is already messing with me, theyre not answering my support tickets and now this.
