FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST IVISA REFUND DENIED

I am extremely disappointed with iVisas service.

I paid for a Mexico eVisa, but my application was cancelled, and I never received my visa.

Despite contacting customer support several times, my refund request was denied without a clear explanation.

I paid for a service that was never completed, and I find this treatment unacceptable.

I demand a full refund or a clear, documented explanation for refusing to return my money.

I strongly advise other customers to be cautious before using this company.
