Cobrança de renovação automática não autorizada e falta de reembolso do MindMeister

Unauthorized renewal charge
On October 24, 2024, an automatic renewal charge for my MindMeister subscription was made without my authorization. This is a personal subscription, and there was no consent for the renewal nor any intention to continue using the service.
I have contacted MindMeister support several times, requesting a full refund of the amount improperly charged, and provided all necessary details, including the invoice number (Invoice_*****) and the email address associated with the account (*****
).
Despite multiple messages and confirmation of receipt, I have not yet received the refund or any definitive update regarding the resolution of this issue.
I have also contacted my credit card provider to report the unauthorized charge. However, I still expect MindMeister to resolve the issue directly by issuing a full and immediate refund of the amount charged in error.
I look forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution of this matter.

Depois de seguidos contatos com o suporte por e-mail, sempre muito atenciosos, consegue reivindicar o meu reembolso e tudo saiu bem! Obrigado
