TradeInn/TrekInn is working with international shipping practicing that are outstandingly unreliable.
My personal experience may help others not to suffer the same service:
I bought a simple headlight, about a month in advance to a trip, being shipped to Brazil.
First issue: there is no tax estimator, not even a visible note about upcoming taxes, while the website suggests a Brazilian vendor.
You pay double in that case, making the well advertised products for great prices a lot more expensive than local, licensed shops!
And even while paying the important taxes at the very moment they are communicated, the shipment still takes a month!
And even while I entered in contact multiple times with TradeInn and the logistics provider (Mailamericas), stressing the urgency of the my shipment for a trip, they even failed to hold their one-month-shipment timeframe.
Never ever by here!
