Hi! I really need some help with my Disney World ticket. I purchased tickets for myself and my friends and was able to change their dates, but I cannot change the date of my own ticket.

I need to change it from November 15th to November 22nd, 2026. The app and website dont give me the option to modify it. I contacted Disney through the chat, but they said they cannot change this type of ticket and asked me to call the Brazil number *****, but the number is not working.

I dont know what else to do. Could someone please help me or direct me to a team that can resolve this? I just need to change the date of my ticket. Thank you!
