Good afternoon everybody,

We have been owners for 10 years and have only used it once and unfortunately we are no longer able to pay the taxes every 2 years.
Unfortunately we are elderly.
When we bought it, we were told, including a lawyer hired by Westgate who spoke Portuguese, that if we needed it at any time, WESTGATE would buy the property back.
Today Mrs. Anete called me and said that Westagate does not do this type of transaction and that I would have to pay quickly, as it was a tax from last year and if we didnt pay our name would go on a list of international debtors.
I asked her to call me in the afternoon, as I was at the electricity company negotiating overdue bills.
We do not want and cannot continue as owners. Of course, we do not intend to harm the company, but what was agreed ten years ago must be fulfilled and honored by WESTGATE.
In view of the above, I ask that you return to us with a solution and an agreement that will be analyzed by a Brazilian lawyer and only after that will any payment or settlement be made, as we also have to receive amounts.
I am waiting for the agreement / Cancellation to be sent by email and only after signature by both parties will we make any arrangements.
