O que aconteceu
I really disappointed with both services, the hoteis.com and with On Park Hotel. It was a really bad experience. I paid for a room where it says private restroom (Traditional suite) R$ 347.38 but at the time I have arrived was really a messy in the reception. There was a lot of other guests with reservations problem, and for you to have an idea my reservation was booked and their system to another day, and someone had reserved my room. So they was able to put me in a single room with a shared bathroom. So I want my refund back if not I will find my legal advisor. I had that day a flight of 14 hours, and I was really tired, arrived at the hotel around 0:30 am and I was able to get the room after 1:30 only due to their messy.
