WARNING: I purchased and paid for two tickets through OMIO, and was subsequently advised by Tremmitaly to request a FULL REFUND from the payment recipient, OMIO, which improperly retained a fee of 13.00!
I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this amicably and conciliatorily, avoiding legal action, as guaranteed by the consumer protection code. So, shall we resolve this quickly ?
I normally made these purchases, detailed below, with your company OMIO on November 26, 2025 (Successful booking. Departure to Milan Centrale: Booking number: *****, Fri., Nov. 28, 2025, Spiez Milan Centrale.), BUT, on the eve of the trip, November 27, 2025, I received several communications and notices in my registered email (*****) from OMIO and TRENITALIA regarding CANCELLATIONS: DUE TO THE GENERAL STRIKE IN ITALY, on November 28, 2025, all of which are duly copied and filed to strengthen my legitimate claim for a FULL REFUND OF THIS PURCHASE (+/- 41.80), because I tried to comply with all your company's requests as much as possible. I have access to the TRENITALIA form, including the link for filling out forms. I also contacted OMIO by phone (*****, protocol: *****, at 11:50 am, with their OMIO employee Mr. *****), always seeking alignment and understanding with OMIO to avoid litigation or exposing this harassing abuse, which would cause serious disruption and financial losses due to: new hotel reservations, transfers, and moral damages.
